If there was ever an issue she got it sorted immediately.

I was a tenant in Court Manor apartments from July 2016 to January 2017. The apartment building is right in the centre of town, but despite that, there was no noise or antisocial behaviour that kept me awake at night. It is also extremely convenient for getting to LUH OPD clinics (right across the road), and to the hospital itself (~10minutes walk, or about 4 minutes drive).
The apartment was in excellent order, and spotlessly clean on arrival. I had no major issues, but the small issues that cropped up were handled promptly by Anna-May Kelly and resolved before the end of the day without fail. The apartments are well insulated, and the gas central heating keeps things nice and warm – without costing the earth. The hot water on demand feature of the central heating is a godsend for early morning/post-call showers! I have no hesitation in recommending Court Manor to anyone.

When we first went up looking for accommodation we knew very little about the place and as parents we found it a daunting
task, how ever after looking up the web and making appointments to look at a few places , we setteled with your apartment as it was clean and looked well kept.
How ever when we asked around about the apartments some gave the thumbs up and some the tumbs down, mainly about the price and how expensive it could

Now as a mother of two collage students I have to say by the end of the year we could clearly see that it worked out so much cheaper over the year than my

daughter's house who had to pay for bills separately, ie oil esb internet ect, where as we paid up front for those in your appartments which Padraig only had to top

up with 50 euro once again.
above all you were there if he ever needed anything, they could ring even when you were at home, and as a parent you can not put a price on that.

with, however choosing new accommodation would not be one. Staying again at Court Manor was an easy choice and there are many reasons why. First of all, the location is ideal. It is located about 10 minutes away from the college
which is very helpful especially in the morning. It is situated perfectly near all local amenities that you may need. This includes the shopping centre, supermarkets, banks, nightclubs etc. All are within a short walking distance
from the apartments which is very convenient for you as a student. Anna May will also do her best if possible to put you in an apartment with a person doing the same course as you which is great as you may not know anyone when you move in. This was my situation when I first moved up and it helped me to settle in greatly. People in similar years to you will also be living in nearby apartments and this is great for making new friends. It is brilliant as you can
have made a lot of new friends even before you have started the college year.
There is a great, warm, inviting atmosphere to the accommodation. There is a
very good reliable internet connection provided which is crucial for your work

I have lived with Letterkenny Student Accommodation for four years, and sadly this year is my last. When I moved to Letterkenny it was my first time away from home and I knew nothing about Letterkenny, but when I moved in to Letterkenny Student Accommodation Anna-May was a huge help to me and I have enjoyed all the time I've lived here.

I've stayed in one of the lovely houses of Duffy's Lane for the past academic year and I would fully recommend it for any student who seeks a centralised accommodation within the town, which is only a stones throw away from all the shops, supermarkets, pubs and clubs whilst still having the benefits of peace and quiet as it is situated in a secluded cul de sac just off the mainstreet.

The house itself has everything you could ask for, very modern and even a private space at the rear of the house with washing line / patio.

Anna May is a wonderful woman who is extremely friendly and very approachable for any concerns or issues you might have and she is just around the corner from the house as well.

5/5 I will be looking to rent here again next year.

I've stayed in one of the lovely houses of Duffy's Lane for the past academic year and I would fully recommend it for any student who seeks a centralised accommodation within the town, which is only a stones throw away from all the shops, supermarkets, pubs and clubs whilst still having the benefits of peace and quiet as it is situated in a secluded cul de sac just off the mainstreet.

The house itself has everything you could ask for, very modern and even a private space at the rear of the house with washing line / patio.

Anna May is a wonderful woman who is extremely friendly and very approachable for any concerns or issues you might have and she is just around the corner from the house as well.

5/5 I will be looking to rent here again next year.

the main street, and about 10 minutes’ walk from LYIT. It was very spacious and bright, with all the equipment you need such as a dishwasher and a washing
machine, two bathrooms and two separated rooms, so it was great for two persons.
We really enjoyed our time in Letterkenny and our Erasmus experience in LYIT.

Moving away to college for the first time can be a stressful time. However living at court manor takes any worry about accommodation away. It is exactly what you want as a first year. It is located about 10 minutes from the college which is very helpful in the morning. If you have any problem in your apartment you know that you can go to Anna May who will immediately try to rectify the situation. That is essential and very helpful. It is great for 1 year students as it is great opportunity to make friends as Anna May will do her best to have you share your apartment with a student doing the same course as you which is a great start for the college year.

I lived in Pearse House apartments for my fist year of collage 2012-2013. I truly enjoyed every minute of my stay living there. The apartments are very modern and homely with all appliances included: Kettle, Toaster, microwave, television, iron and oven. Wifi is brilliant, never had a problem with it, Heating is also great, 5 minutes after turning it on, the whole apartment is heated. Hot water is instant when needed. The Apartments are spacious and easy kept well. Location is ideal, very safe and very close to the town centre and to all other facilities that is needed. 10 minute walk from LYIT and all nightclubs are within 5-10 min walk which is brilliant for nights out as no taxis are needed for getting there and home. Everyone from apartment block was very friendly from day 1. Having the Landlady AnnaMay close by is always a bonus in case anything went wrong,. I would highly recommend Letterkenny student accommodation for affordable price, homely-friendly accommodation and above all hassle free.

Letterkenny student accommodation is very homely; it is so close to both college and the nightclubs :) Also right beside Mc Donald’s which is handy. I’m a 1st year, and I have been staying at Court Manor house apartments. I’m happy with the accommodation. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the college and 5 minutes to bus station and shopping centre which is very handy. Rooms are a good size and the kitchen has plenty of space for cooking. Gas heating is very handy heats the rooms up very quick and hot water straight away when you need it. If there was any problems or questions the landlord Anna May is always on call to sort it out which is handy.

Overall this is good place to stay and great for first time living away from home and hope to return next year.

It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the college and 5 minutes to bus station and shopping centre which is very handy. Rooms are a good size and the kitchen has plenty of space for cooking. Gas heating is very handy heats the rooms up very quick and hot water straight away when you need it. If there was any problems or questions the landlord Anna May is always on call to sort it out which is handy.

Overall this is good place to stay and great for first time living away from home and hope to return next year.

Moving away to college for the first time can be a stressful time. However living at court manor takes any worry about accommodation away. It is exactly what you want as a first year. It is located about 10 minutes from the college which is very helpful in the morning. If you have any problem in your apartment you know that you can go to Anna May who will immediately try to rectify the situation. That is essential and very helpful. It is great for 1 year students as it is great opportunity to make friends as Anna May will do her best to have you share your apartment with a student doing the same course as you which is a great start for the college year.

Before the student year started at LYIT I looked for student accommodation in the area. The first place I landed on was Court manor house.

From looking at the images that Anna May put up on the website it seemed like a really nice place to live in. My mother and I travelled to Court Manor House where Anna May gave us a guided tour and it was as nice in real life as it was on the website.

I decided to stay in the building for the academic year and it didn't disappoint. Anna May is a great landlord, she provides you with a great place to live in with a nice atmosphere and also encourages you to introduce yourself to the other students within the building as all of them are also 1st year students so they will feel just as nervous as yourself and it is a good idea to because I have made some great friends here this year.

I have enjoyed my time here at Court Manor House also because the rooms are very comfortable and really good for studying conditions. Anna May always was always making sure  I was ok and was I happy with everything. She is a kind person who has a great sense of humour, so i think you should definitely consider staying here for your first year of college because it is a great place to help you settle into college life especially if you are not from the area.

The houses/apts are well equipped and furnished with everything you
need. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with ample parking (Duffys

Anna May has always been available and approachable whenever I’ve got

I've no complaints about my stay here, and plan to remain until I
complete my course!

The only drawback was the difficulty drying clothes, and if you're not in the en suite room the shower is the hose attached to the tap kind, not electric. If you have a car you can park there too which is good. If you want to be close to the centre of the town but still have peace and quiet it is a good place.
